Builder's Story

Building quality homes has been a family tradition since 1953 when Frank Husack began Sunshine Homes. Frank was a highly regarded builder, and under his attentive and careful guidance, his son, Don Husack, developed his passion for building elegant and affordable homes.

Don branched off from Sunshine Homes in 1978 to forge his own path with Dawn Victoria Homes. Initially Don built one single home at a time. As time went by and the demand for quality and style grew, Don started to build entire communities with his passion for giving new home buyers what they wanted. Dawn Victoria Homes builds with the client, for the client.
