Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)

A pre-delivery inspection takes place just before you move into your new Dawn Victoria home. During this inspection, a customer service representative will take you on a walk-through of your new home to make sure it meets your expectations and meets the provisions of the Tarion Warranty Program. If there are any problems they will be recorded and we will provide the necessary corrections as soon as possible.

Home Warranty

Dawn Victoria Homes has held, for 15 consecutive years, the coveted New Home Warranty Program Excellence Ratings Award. Each Dawn Victoria Home is guaranteed by Tarion. Tarion is the Regulator of the new home building industry in Ontario. They license all new home builders in the province and ensure that all new homeowners receive the new home warranty coverage that they are entitled to by the law.
